Varley Red Top 30 (VRT-30)
The Varley Red Top 30 is usually used in Australian GT, TCR globally, Formula 3, Ferrari Challenge, Porsche GT3 Cup cars, LeMans, Sports 2000 Pinto, 4 cylinder and V8 Radicals, Various Rally Cars, V8 Supercars and VdeV.
The Varley Red Top 30 (VRT-30) is a lightweight, reliable and compact solution for medium to large capacity engines running an alternator. It is larger in CCA than the VRT-25, packing more punch, the only comprise is higher size and weight. Compared to other types of batteries the VRT-30 is still incredibly light and compact, but is considered a larger racing battery. This battery would manage to maintain voltage to fuel pumps, electronics and high output ignition systems running without an alternator.
This battery is a 12 volt battery with low profile M6 female terminal threads.
It features a maximum torque output of 6.8Nm.
The VRT-25 has a 30Ah capacity.

This battery can be mounted in any direction. We recommend soft mounting this battery, however Varley Red Tops are known for fantastic resilience against harmonic frequency and harsh vibrations.
Maintenance free sealed construction finished with a gloss black finish. No fluid replacement is required (often known as topping up).
